Kosi wins this weeks blow torch award

Post: # 1078576Post Cairnsman »

Time for Kosi to feel the heat this week. He used to suit the structures argument. The only thing that can excuse him at the moment is that he had a slow start to the season and might need another game or two to work into things.

Well done BJ. You didn't set the world on fire today but at least you showed some enthusiasm and leadership at times.

Hard decisions need to be made. Kosi can't get in to it.

Very Very Very poor today
Just the 6 touches
no score
Just the one tackle[
b]NO[/b] marks !
and only FOUR hitouts!!
(Blake had 16 hitouts, Gilbert had four, Fisher 3, Goddard 3, Peake 3 and Riewoldt 5)

Surley has to be dropped.

one game more tops. If he blows that chance then he's gone for a long time. Then Stanley has to come in and be his replacement in the structure.

Kosi is missing basic tackles. Just throwing the arms out. Pathetic Kosi. What happened to you?

Trust you OP, to find someone who played poorly to post about. What about the 10-15 who played well ?

Your negative contributions give nothing to these boards. The thread name calling Saints 2 top players and your racist swipe at another poster
I would have banned you

What about the Saints trade Goddard and Riewoldt to your G Coast

Kosi just gets brushed aside in one on one marking contests now (as does Roo, mostly).
McEvoy has to come back in for him next week (although against Sandilands we'll probably get SMASHED in the ruck).
Blake was infinitely better than Kos in the ruck today. Don't think we ought to carry Kosi again next week, especially on the big ground over there.

MRP might make the decision for us. Didn't like to see the dropped knees. Not much in it, but poor form.

Just has to be dropped on effort and form.

Ball ran out of forward line due to his lack of contest and a couple times
disgraceful chase.

He was really really poor today.

Selectors need to be honsest

Copped a decent hit to the head today in the ruck. Probably why he was stationed at FF for the rest of the game. I don't think he has all his faculties

Another opportunity awaits!

Has to be dropped on effort alone.

the first two ruck contests were knees to the head ... that would put most off their game

I thought you said give him one more game.

Started one with a great tackle in the opening minutes and another good tough.

I remarked "Kosi is on fire today".

Then for the remaining 3.95 quarters he did NOTHING

I said one more game tops but on effort alone should be dropped. Does that make sense.

he really is just wasting space in our side. surely he knows that and will just do us all a favour and retire tomorrow, tonight would be ideal.

McEvoy toiling and Stanley doing little is better than Kosi doing sweet bugger all.

every time i say something negative its the same "you a member of the cheer squad" reply...who gives a fcuk what I’m a member of? i can be as negative as i want.

1. Kosi MUST go, I’ve been saying it for years, for some reason ross keeps paying him. he’s a hack, move on, just a waste of time for our club.
2. Gram can stay out of the team for the time being, he’s turned to sh!t and can’t kick if his life depended on it.
3. Schneider is starting to lose it and has to go at the end of the year.
4. Baker has to go at the end of the year
5. Mqualter, i shouldn’t even have to explain myself on this one.
6. Riewoldt has been very average overall this year, nowhere near a captains standards.
7. please, can we just get rid of Kosi asap.

Kosi is no longer AFL standard......he wouldn't be in any other team in the AFL

I think he is in our team because Ross loves him , because we dont have anyone else and because someone at the club lives in hope.

Season 2024 is where RTB is showing the footy world his grasp of the modern game.

We do now. McEvoy is fresh.
