Hopefully Gilbert will pull his head in and now focus on being the player we know he can be.
I think he owes it to a few of his team-mates, not to mention the long suffering fans.

STRENGTH THROUGH LOYALTY
They are just words FFS....
It goes both ways and some players have not done this in the past...
And the Club have also failed on this "so called logo"
The only "Strength Through Loyalty" is the membership and NOT the Club or the players IMO...
The St Kilda "moto" is based on the members and not the Club or Players IMO..
Don't wait for the light at the end of the tunnel to appear, run down there and light the bloody thing yourself!

I agree. The only "Strength Through Loyalty" is the membership and NOT the Club or the players IMO...

But it would be great of the players and the club embraced this motto now as they apply to Gilbo. And I'm sure they will. There's no question we should all stick by him. Its not his fault he got involved with a psycho. Also, he's a bloody good footballer. I'd wince to see him running around in another jumper. No bloody way.
I think this will work for Sam in the long run. His shame and embarrasment will make him work harder. Thats good for everyone.

Re: 'Fortius Quo Fidelius'
You must of missed the 2010 season. From where I observe things it appeared the players stuck solid and loyal through immense adversity. I'm thinking this latest brewha will not be a big issue for the team in the context of 2010 brewhas and they will continue to stick fat.St Fidelius wrote:Yeah, right o ...Cairnsman wrote:For those that need a translation it means
