NINE Australian sports stars have returned positive drug tests and face two-year bans.

The tests are believed to have been done during the AFL and NRL Grand Finals.

Authorities believe many athletes may be unaware DMAA is used in some health supplements.

ASADA is concerned that many Australian athletes may be ingesting the chemical accidently, unaware that otherwise harmless supplements may contain the substance which is often not clearly identified in a products list of ingredient

It was reported in the "Dunny Explosion" article after the drawn Grand Final that a number of Collingwood players, including captain, Nick Maxwell were drug tested. I can't recall any article on Saints players being tested although I suspect a number were tested !!

If it transpires that Colingwood players were "performance enhanced" then it is only fair that the Grand Final be taken off them. The AFL has indicated that this can happen if it can be ascertained that performance enhancing drugs were taken during such an event. If it involves St Kilda players then it is only fair that they take second place off us.

Could be a BIG call a this stage. I thought that it took 21 days for the results of a "B" sample to come back. If that's the case, results should be back by Monday.

If a Collingwood player or players are found to have been using performance enhancing drugs we will never find out about it anyway!

Andrew Demetriou has bonuses written into his contract that are awarded to him based on attendance figures and he will do anything to protect the club and help the club that helps him achieve his bonuses!

The FIXture is designed so that he can line his own pockets further, a total COI position, it compromises everything, this megalomaniacal tyrant does what he likes!

It's all rigged and the sooner this corrupt dictator is removed the better, so there will be zero transparency and the AFL will sweep it all under the carpet, even if there was a scandal!

And the plugger66's of the world will remain as vacuous as ever!

It must be great living in a world thinking everything is corrupt. If you honestly think that why would you even go to the footy? There is 2 reasons and they are that you really dont think that or you are just plain dumb. I will go with the second option.

We can dare to dream that a rogue coach hell bent on premiership glory has hired one of Grant Thomas' old russian doctors who suggested a colonic irrigation regime that consisted of bizarre performance enhancing compounds.

The reactive AFL want to look even more hard line than the NRL and remove all of the Pies premierships and give them to the Saints. They then ban them from fielding a team in the 2011 fixture allowing St Kilda a free run at the cup themselves.
