It's amazing how it takes a GF loss to make some of us realise how important our loved ones are.

I'd hate to think that, had we won yesterday, some of you would've continued to neglect your kids and blown their school tuition fees on guernseys and social club memberships.

In that regard, I'm glad we lost.

On a related note, I took my baby daughter for a walk after the game to distract myself from what I'd just gone through and to remind myself that there are some more important things in life.
