If we are serious, as a club, he needs to be named captain. He is "the man" when it really matters. 3 grand finals in a row (at least until he got injured against Geelong last year and the two this year) he's been huge. Nick is great in many ways, but that doesn't mean he should be captain and he hasn't really gotten it done when it's really, really mattered. At least not as much as BJ is now. Nick has his issues (including the "yips"), while BJ seems to have none and is already the "general", in so many ways. Nick just doesn't need to be captain, he has enough on his plate, as the CHF and "poster boy".
