Americans doing St Kilda chants

Post: # 1005028Post markinUSA »

Hi
Last week, I uploaded some photos from my Introduction to Sociology class. Today, my Social Psychology class did some St Kilda chants which I videod and uploaded to YouTube.

I love my students!
And they have such good taste!

Great to see Mark, trust you have someplace good to go to watch the game Friday night your time.
If we win have a few Miller/Budweisers for me.
Actually I prefer Samual Adams if it's still around.

Except for the sanity nothing much has been lost.

Got video..

Quick tip replace the word ben with Americans Cheering For St Kilda (or similar), so it gives the video a chance in being found.

As if I was the first person to go "wow Mark's black!" before realising he was on the camera.

We'd better not let Eddie see this, or he'll try to get them doing Collingwood chants.

Thanks for the suggestion about changing the title; I did that.

I just think the students are really kind... they aren't as emotionally invested in the match as we are, but they went out of their way to show they care to/for me, as a teacher... which is really lovely.

And cause they are supporting the Mighty Sainters (and some of them saw their photos on here last week, and were interested in people's comments) I thought I would share again.

They really found it amazing that we don't have extra time. That was one of the things that shocked them the most.

I think thats a really nice thing they did for you markinUSA. Hopefully next week after saturday (your friday) you will be able to share a Saints win with them.

Plus you never know, keep working on them and you might turn a couple into Saints fans :D

I was chatting with one of my mates in America and he couldnt believe either that we are going back to do it all over again this weekend
