Going to my first game of the year this week - advice please

Post: # 970474Post AccidentallyTim »

So I'm making the trip over the big water to see the boys in action this Sunday and wanted to find out a few things from the people who know best.

I have an interstate membership but I'm trying to find out where the best seats are because it's about 5 or so years since I've been over to the big city.

Any advice or tips would be great thanks guys :D

Does the Moorabbin wing still operate at away games against North Melbourne?

Also, which end will our cheer squad be at?? I bought tickets at the other end against Essendon and was surprised to find our cheersquad in their usual place, even though it was an away game.

It's an away game so I'm not sure if your membership is valid for this game.

When it's a home game, generally Aisle 35 on Level 3 is an area that saint66au has championed for Gen Admin Saints supporters, but that is for home games. Keep an eye because he will probably post on either that Fan Forum or the Cheer Squad/Moorabbin Wing Forum.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that Milan.

I was planning on buying a ticket but I'll keep an eye out for any posts and go with the flow.

I just didn't want to end up sitting amongst a North Melbourne strong hold, would like to be with my own kind.

cheeersquad likely to be coventry end - for north games
I have looked almost daily for reserved seats and they are offering aisle 42- same row each day for the last 3- so NOT a sell out

would assume that North WILL NOT close level 3 as they have for the last two games-

just PM Saints66au for Moorabbin Wing news.

get there early and you will see the team warm up about 40 min before the game

anyone seen Nick do is very very early run pre game since he's come back..?

I like sitting in the pocket at Level 1, but don't sit under Aisle 42 (row p and above)... You hear nothing at all besides the siren. :(

He does that before they open the gates.

I received the email from saint66au.

There are no reserved seats on Level 3 so Aisle 35 is the go for the Moorabbin Wing. It is great AT, you will feel like you're at Moorabbin again.
