Peake
listening to the radio commentry today it sounded like he did some good things.
At one stage the commentators said he had about 4 disposals in a row that were sublime.
I hope this guy can build before September to be the x factor. He certainly at times displays some silky moves.

Without seeing the stats, being there it looked like he did really well, they are good numbers. I've got a lot of time for PeakeSainterK wrote:23 disps (12 kicks 11 hballs), 8 marks and 7 tackles, 3 inside 50's, 3 assists.
7 tackles is his career best, he is playing saints footy

You simply have to be impressed by the way he plays every game like he;s on his last chance. Looks to me like a bloke desperate to take the opportunity. Fluffs the odd possie, but he's been a real asset for mine.
"The inches we need are everywhere around us. They're in every break in the game. Every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that inch. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone around us to pieces for that inch. We claw with our fingernails for that inch. Because we know when we add up all those inches that's gonna make the f***in' difference between winning and losing! Between living and dying!'

Is getting better and better.
His linking play is much improved and he now really seems to know when and where to run to lend support or create an option.
I also like that his "balloon" kicks seem to have disappeared.

Really like the way Peake goes about it, always has a crack and although he can turn it over, he adds another dimension to our midfield with his pace. I was a bit unsure of the trade last year, but we got him cheap and he's earned my respect with his workrate. Hope he continues the form into september.
Has been good since he got dropped. Good pick-up, looking for his best in September on the vast expanses of the G.
STRENGTH THROUGH LOYALTY.
