Is this the buzz word of the moment for Ross or what? Have heard and seen about 5 or 6 different quotes where the coaching staff have "drilled down" to the root of whatever problem they have been talking about at the time.

What the?

Maybe they need a new drill.


Please...let's win a Premiership before GEELONG!!!! (O.k., so we've missed that opportunity...maybe let's win the next one before Geelong????)
