Travis Boak?

Story that the Saints might be one of the interested parties in pursuing Travis Boak? Looks like unlikely media speculation that he'll even leave Port, but if he did, are we any real chance of getting him? I'm surprised we're able to maintain a list as good as we have at the moment within the salary cap, and he'd demand a lot... Having said that, would love to see him in red, white and black.

That all depends on the trade perior or draft, unlikely I would think.

The article suggests that Robbie Gray is also out of contract at the end of the year. I'm not sure whether we would be able to fit either of them in but i'd prefer Gray over Boak.

its round 6 !! and they are talking up trades already

i think you will find St kilda will be linked to every player for some time due to the fact we have shown no fear in picking established players .... as for the Cap i reckon we would have some room in it provided the Lovett saga go's in our favour

If we dont have to pay Lovett out we will have a nice little wallet full to lure a pretty good player to us

Depends on whether we have to actually pay him, or include his pay in the salary cap, or both.

Either would be good, but Gray is a superstar in the making.

When I watch him play, he reminds me a lot of Garry Ablett Jnr. The way he moves particularly.

Gray is currently a forward, but there is no doubt that Port will move him into the midfield eventually.

I think he would fit in really well at St Kilda, but I give us a 2% chance of actually getting him.
