When I was over in Germany I went to a lot of FC St.Pauli matches – see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_St._Pauli for a brief rundown of the club.
Anyway, the scarf idea that is beginning to take over at Saints matches reminds me a lot of being in the crowd at the Millerntor as they also sing ‘You’ll never walk alone’ with everyone holding their scarves out above their heads.
Some of the chants they have are brilliant and there are quite a lot in English too. It would be great if something like this could take off at Saints matches, for example:
