Hard night at the office Folks! I've got the knee iced up after that effort last night

Hopefully scans will reveal no permanent damage

and I can resume housekeeping duties before too long

The panadol is working on the fat head too! Febfast? ...eh?

It was a bad night for injuries, Jiggster. I've hurt my shoulder somehow when I jumped out of my seat cheering. Still really sore today, but hoping I'll pass a fitness test in time for work monday morning.

You were setting a cracking pace on the footbridge after the game Dave. I had to really stretch it out to catch up to you. Bit surprised I didnt do a hammy myself to be truthful

Michael me boy!!!! Yes indeed it was a cracking pace! the "medicinal properties" of the juice of the malt and hops helped get me through the pain barrier

My poor head paid the price today!!!!!!

Luckily we have a nine day break so you should both be able to pass a fitness test in time for next Sunday's game against FREO.

hope you get better in time for next weeks top 2 clash, still waiting for that shouted beer. Hope your grand daughter enjoyed her picture of howell, looked awesome
