Where is The Age ?

Post: # 879552Post Enrico_Misso »

My home delivered Age didn't turn up on Saturday.
Thinking someone had knocked it off I went to the newsagent to be told that they had an e-mail from The Age to say that the subsription had expired.
This is despite me renewing my membership (including The Age offer) some time ago.
Clearly there has been a breakdown between the club and the Age in advising renewals.

I recall the same thing happened last year as well.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Yes...just before Christmas. Had to ring my newsagent and a stop had been put on the deliveries. Sorted it out and alls good now but yeah sounds like a bit of a glitch with the rollover of subscriptions

No problems with mine, but a neighbour was in the same boat as you guys.
All fixed now. Methinks the club stuffed up again.

Yes I had the same last year.

Newsagent reckoned my subscription had expired, but a quick call to The Age subscriptions department soon sorted it out.
