Fitting result for the best player that I have ever seen.

Yes, I'll say it again.

Nick Riewoldt is the best player I have ever seen.

Goodnight

That is a huge call, he did deserve his 5th B&F, congrats roo. Surprised hayes wasnt top 3 though, however i am not suggesting BJ and Montagna didnt deserve this honour. Would be interested in seeing the top 10

5 coaches each independently allocating a score on a 1 to 10 scale each game.
Maximum number of games 25

1. Nick Riewoldt 642 - 24 games
2. Brendon Goddard 638 - 24 games
3. Leigh Montagna 635 - 24 games
4. Nick Dal Santo 618 - 24 games
5. Lenny Hayes 603 - 22 games
6. Clint Jones 587 - 24 games
7. Sam Fisher 531 - 24 games
8. Sam Gilbert 521 - 22 games
9. Jason Blake 487 - 25 games
10. Jason Gram 463 - 24 games

Hayes missing 2 more games than the other contenders may have cost him the B&F.

Compare with the Saintsational list:

1.Lenny Hayes 59
2.Nick Riewoldt 54
3.Nick Dal Santo 46
4.Leigh Montagna 41
5.Brendon Goddard 30
6.Justin Koschitzke 24
7.Sam Gilbert 19
8.Jason Gram 15
9.Michael Gardiner 14
10.Stephen Milne 12
11.Farren Ray 11
12.Sam Fisher 11
13.Clinton Jones 10
14.Adam Schneider 9
15.David Armitage 4
16.Steven Baker 4
17.Luke Ball 2
18.Jarryn Geary 2
19.Ben McEvoy 2
20.Raphael Clarke 2
21.Andrew McQualter 2
22.Zac Dawson 1
23.Max Hudghton 1

Once again, the one glaring omission from our list is the player the coaches rated as the Saints ninth best - didn't score one vote here!

Kosi - has he ever made the official top 10?
I think he hasn't, but I am not sure.

I'd be pretty sure he would have in his first year, but after that the next five years were injury interrupted. He had a purple patch in 2005 before he was injured again.

I think Kosi has made it either 5th or 7th best in our B+F .

Once we see his name right up there in the top 10 then we'll be looking
good for a flag.

Unfortunately the only real goal kicker in the top 10 is Roo.

That is an issue imo.

9th in his first year. Nothing since.

He was top 10 after Round 22 (9) but slid out after the finals, replaced by Jason Gram.

Hayes' 2 extra games out cost him. On a vote per game basis he's the winner if my maths is right.

Well done to Roo though, superstar
