Had a very jittery Prelim, so to respond the way he did in the Grand Final was tremendous.

Hopefully the penny drops now and he believes he cando it and realises he can do it.
A pre season working on foot disposal is critical. Has shown he can win the ball and break the lines but has a habit of spraying the ball like a sprinkler.
If he could get his efficiency levels much higher then the can move to an elite midfielder which adds to the depth which we need.

Interesting in the press conference before the weekend, he spoke about watching Brisbane have success while he is was in the sidelines. He seemed to have an understanding about what it takes, and was hungry for it. I thought the game he played reflected that....

Reincarnated believes the challenge is up to Jason now. The club and supporters (to a lesser extent) have seen how he can perform on the big stage and how confident and talented he looked.

Had a very jittery Prelim, so to respond the way he did in the Grand Final was tremendous.

In the Prelim he played as a small defender, which was a completely different role and not one he's hugely suited to. The team looks a lot better when he's breaking the lines and belting it forward - let's hope he improves his kicking another 20% and becomes really damaging.

I believe that he has been carrying a hip injury for the better part of the year. Whether or not that has affected his form, I do not know.

It was fantastic to see him perform as he did on GF day. We all knew what he was capable of, we have just been waiting to see it. Well done Grammy!!!!

Gram needs to find more consistency, if he can play at this level on such a big stage...then surely he can take his game to the next level

BUT having said that, where was the run that he provided in 2008? Am I the only one that thinks his disposal efficiency was down from last year. And from the year, he kicked 12.23 and I would think that most of his shots at goal were on the run. If he can get his kicking right, no doubt will we find another avenue of rebounding our def 50 instead of using Fisher and Goddard to the extent that oppositions know who to shut down.

Definitely agree with this, was thinking exactly the same thing. His disposal has been shocking this year. He made his name as a dasher off half-back who could run through the middle and kick exciting goals on the run. Most of the time this year he's sprayed his kicks inside 50 badly. Hopefully consistency is something that will come into his game next year.

his strengths were on show, his balance means he can be a gun in the wet, have always thought his ability to keep his feet whilst in a contest would be the making of him and it was. Gives us line breakng speed and the challenge is for him to make this happen all year.

People ask where the improvement will come from? BJ, gram, gilbert and raph all becoming midfielders or wingers will improve us by another 10%
