I'm not worried anymore

The last 3 weeks have been a bump, yeah, but the boys have had nothing at all to play for. Playing to continue "the streak" was never a motivating factor and any of the boys who have been asked about it in the media had confirmed that too. In the end, we lost to an absolute rampant, fired up, all-to-play-for Bombers, a fired up Roos side and then we pounded Melbourne when we decided to turn up. I know this may have been aided by Bailey's "weird" coaching style (tanking) but that's nothing to worry about.

The boys KNOW how to win, they KNOW what is required to beat good teams and they KNOW what we need to do to beat the Pies after systematically dismantling them earlier in the year in what I believe was our best performance all year.

I fully expect and think the boys will come out and show us that they have lost nothing in terms of intensity, hardness at the ball, willingness to stick to a winning gameplan and heart.
