I heard he did light running and jogging but didnt do any of the hard stuff but the rest did.... source SEN 1116

"Riewoldt only took part in light duties at Wednesday’s training session. He jogged slow laps with Michael Gardiner and Sean Dempster as the rest of the team ran ahead.

Lenny Hayes was running with the main group after he was a late withdrawal through illness from Sunday’s team. Raphael Clarke, Jason Gram and Steven King also completed light duties."

Hardly surprising.

Anyone with the slightest of niggles, Misson restricts them to light duties.

No point stressing his knee at training, only to come up sore come match day.

Doesnt mean anything, if it was serious, he would be off his knee.

We know they all have their own training regime and many times playrs have been running laps to play the following week

i am relieved he was running, good signs!!
