Haha that was fun!

Behind the scenes team meeting, selection, leadership group lunch.

Couldn't help but feel the team meeting and selection stuff was scripted for the camera but great to see nonetheless.

If you can see it again, look out for Chips at the lunch... leans on the table and almost tips it over. LOL

He was incredibly cocky tonight and upbeat about the Pies winning the flag this year. He, alone, should be enough motivation for our boys to end their run in September should we play them.

MC Gusto ... i dont recall asking if they had given any further news on INJURIES. Your eye roll really is not necessary. My questions are valid. What did they cover on the show. Not all of us are in a position to watch.

By the way if anyone wants to know the news re 'injuries' they can PM me.

Considering this footage was taken Wednesday, 5th August by One HD (channel 10) and they were in the team meeting with Dave Mission commenting on fitness and player availability, anyone want to take bets on who leaked the information to the bookies?

So much for a leak from inside the club and the AFL needing to investigate.....

Interesting point, but do you really think the club would have said anything sensitive with TV cameras around? Hardly...

I saw the match committe meetin on One Week at a Time and it was so obviously scripted it was funny.

One person couldn;t keep a straight face when dicussing player injuries and reasons certain people were in doubt and the eidting was a touch slow to move to a different shot, I was actually laughing whilst watching it.

And as for the leak to the punters last week, it was a 10/1HD piece and on their payroll is well known Hawk supporter Quarterbrain!

Besides which, if you were part of a production crew with that sort of knowledge (and average income) would you not have been straight on to your TAB phone account to get a few pineapples on the Hawks?

I have to say that the "inner sanctum" stuff is pretty boring, having seen it once or twice before. I suppose statistics dominate the talk at all clubs these days and while it provides a focus for some players, I reckon other players must get a bit sick of it. It seems strange that players could forget about tackling during a game and need a reminder via a white board of tackle counts. But, best to cover all bases than assume too much I suppose.
