Interview just finished, seemed very high spirited and reasonable in the way he spoke. Talked about the injury and how he still feels he has plenty to improve on with his conditioning. Seems to input alot into team meetings and said hopefully will be ready if he is called upon for selection, if not he just wants to keep improving.

Andrew Thompson said the injury was possibly the worst football injury he has seen and isn't surprised that he is still not back to his absolute, former self.

Hopefully we will see the Goose pull on the RED WHITE and BLACK on later in the year!!

Goose is an exceptional character and the fact he has come back from such a serious injury is testimony to this...will have a crucial role to play in the coming years if not this year...a future leader no doubt and all power to him for his sticking fat in the meantime.
