ST KILDA forward Justin Koschitzke believes the Saints side that won its 11th consecutive game on Saturday is much more advanced than the team that claimed 10 in a row in 2004.
Koschitzke, 26, played nine of the 10 games between rounds one and 10 in that season five years ago, which ended in heart-breaking fashion when the Saints were beaten by Port Adelaide in the preliminary final.

We are a much better team than 04 compare the points aganst col.
We also got 4 quality ruckman on the list Gardiner king McEvoy and stanley who wont plat this year but is improving with every game at Sandi our forward might not be up to 04 team but we got more goalkickers in the team

We need to be better than we were in 2004...because the Cats are better
that the 2004 PA and Lions.
The Lions were well past their best in 2004....and PA were just passed their best.
The 2009 Cats are at the height of their powers. Don't know if they are as good or not as the 2001-2003 Lions...but are way better than the 2004 Lions.
I am still expecting the Hawks to be dangerous at the end of the year.
