3/4 Time incident !!

Post: # 740681Post Eastern »

There appeared to be an incident between Ross Lyon and a female Essendon supporter as Ross was heading down the aisle at 3/4 Time yesterday. I had the binoculars on it from the other side of the ground and it appeared to me like she tried to block his path. Security were quickly on the scene, Ross continued on his way and it looked like there was some sort of discussion between the woman and 2 security people that lasted a couple of minutes. Did anyone else (who might have been a bit closer) see the incident? If so, is there anything that can be added to this? !!

For the last time - only old sheila's like Eastern (and you  ) wear kimino's.

Men wear yakata.

Lance or James??

There comes a point in every man's life when he has to say, "Enough is enough." For me, that time is now. I have been dealing with claims that I cheated and had an unfair advantage in <redacted>. Over the past three years, I have been subjected to a <redacted>investigation followed by <redacted> witch hunt. The toll this has taken on my family, and my work for <redacted>and on me leads me to where I am today – finished with this nonsense. (Oops just got a spontaneous errection <unredacted>)

It might have been Mrs Lyon and he forgot to mow the lawn on Saturday and put out the bins last week :?

I was at the aisle where Ross walks down and had a bunch of early 20's Essendon supporters behind us who turned up a few minutes in and immediately started swearing their heads off at everything. There were little kids everywhere and only in the 3/4 did they decide they better not use the "c" word but every other possible configuration of swear word was ok. They also spilt beer all over my friend and I and thought it was ok because we were only St Kilda supporters.

Didn't notice this particular incident with the lady and Ross but during the last quarter security finally came to quiet down the guys and police were there to arrest them after the game, which they didn't take too kindly to and decided to have a punch on with security and the police.

Almost as bad as sitting in front of a Collingwood supporter who thought he was the world's best umpire.

And my rant is done.

Thanks for that. For a while there I thought that I'd gone mad. It's all OK now, it's Roger who has gone mad, but that was a long time ago !!

I'm starting to think a fair few Essendon fans are dipshits.

Exhibit A: One of our defenders (I think Gilbo), punched a ball through for a behind, only to hear a few thousand Scum fans booing - expecting a free for a deliberate behind.

FFS they need to get a clue and read the rule book!

Same thing happend the other way - and the Saints CS - to their credit and showing far more intellegence, said nothing!

I was surprised at how may Bombers supporters were very loud in the area between Aisle 18-19 which is where I was.

Especially the bloke sitting next to Sean Dempster (no, not Armo).
Not sure if he was a mate of his taking the pyss but glad we won.... 8-)

Think I saw that fight - or else it was another one involving Bombers.

They truly are a shocking breed of supporter.
