Is Schnieder slow???
A bit like Guerra's second season....
He seems to be getting tackled whilst taking every kick...he gets run down from behind heading to goal almost every time......and he is handballing a lot more these days....which is a sign of slowness...
Milne also seem to be under pressure on disposal when running into goal a straight line, however he still has the side to side that gives him space...
Rioli actually runs away from defenders......defenders seem to catch and pressure our small fwds

Schneider is not slow...but he is not quick either.
However he is a smart...and freakish footballer when on song.
With an interupted pre-seas he is only starting to run into match condition...as is Roo.
so he should get better and better over the next few weeks..

His pressure on the ball carrier is first rate so far this year , and a lot more of his tackles are sticking
Thought his defensive game terrific tonight

Maybe. But I'm still not convinced. He did ok in the 4th.saintsRrising wrote:I think you missed all the chasing and pressure he put on tonight. He has improved hugely in this regard.WayneJudson42 wrote:I'd be more worried about Milne. Only value if he kicks a goal. Adds nothing else.

Laid 3 tackles again last night, did a great job of chasing and making sure they weren't getting free run.WayneJudson42 wrote:Maybe. But I'm still not convinced. It's never going to be the lynchpin of his game, he's about the offense and it wasn't a great night at the office for him goals wise... as seems to be his way interstate (still, but for the clock he would have had his prescribed 2 goals).
