Why. If you constantly drink and drive and dont get caught then I would think you shouldnt be commenting on this. By all means if you havent broken the law go for your life.suss wrote:I don't want to start a brawl but that's a ridiculous post.As long as people who respond to this thread havent done anything against the law that is fine otherwise have a look in the mirror.
I think I will go quiet on this one.

I may have in my younger days and was stupid to do so and lucky not to get caught. I may have done it once or twice since also so I am not going to comment on this incident.chook23 wrote:Do you often drink and drive then?plugger66 wrote:Why. So what you meant to say was 'if you're a drink driver, you shouldn't comment' as opposed to 'if you've broken the law, you shouldn't comment' - remembering of course that getting a parking fine is breaking the law and isn't quite on the same level as feeing the scene of a crash whilst being completely toasted. And of course there the issue of being rich enough to pay for a cab and being a respectable member of the community that deals in these issues all the time but let's leave that alone.Why. In the meantime are we allowed to 'speculate' in such a fashion if nobody has even been charged with anything yet?
of course...it's an internet forum........but then again...maybe he wasn't even in the car......

Sports agent Ricky Nixon questioned over car, tram collision
Aaron Langmaid
March 12, 2009 08:55am
UPDATE 2.58pm: RICKY Nixon has reportedly blown more than twice the legal alcohol limit after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.
Nixon recorded a reading of .108 after a collision between a car and a tram in Swan St, Richmond about 11.15 last night, a source has confirmed.
A press pack was camped outside Mr Nixon’s Kew property this afternoon.
It proved a curious scene for neighbours and passers-by.
A news helicopter was spotted flying above Mr Nixon’s house.
“He won’t come outside surely,â€
