Saints open training session this Tuesday

SAINTS OPEN TRAINING THIS TUESDAY

The St Kilda Football Club invites all supporters to get down to Linen House Oval for an open training session to be held from 2:00pm on Tuesday September 16.

Come and watch the boys go through their paces ahead of Saturday nightâ€™s Preliminary Final against Hawthorn. Fresh from dispatching Collingwood on the weekend, the Saints are full of confidence and raring to go, but they need your support!

There will be a sausage sizzle, the opportunity to buy St Kilda merchandise, as well as your chance to meet the players and obtain photos and autographs. More importantly however, make sure you get behind the team that is now just one win away from a Grand Final Berth!

Show your true colours and support the lads this Tuesday from 2:00pm at Linen House Oval, Moorabbin.

I got the text message after I'd left work, so wasn't able to organise an RDO. Boss is a Hawks supporter so he probably wouldn't have let me have it anyway.

He's already told me he won't be speaking to me at all from Thursday onwards. Happy with that.

My boss is likewise a Hawks fan..of the worst sort...the sort that takes pleasure in the misery of other teams..fr instance..

* We only beat Adelaide for RObert Harvey

* We only beat Essendon cos they fielded their reserves side

* We only fell into 4th because of above and other results. We are the worst 4th-placed side yada yada yada

* Geelong game..see THATS the real St Kilda. Collingwood will murder you

* Happy you beat Collingwood, cos they are actually a much better side than St Kilda and only lost cos they had an off kicking day. Buddy will beat you single-handed

This from a bloke who's attended one Hawthorn game in 10 years...and that was to goal umpire his kids Auskick game at 1/2 time

Well my boss has only been my boss for 3 weeks, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt at the moment. Previous one is an Essendon supporter. We've won 16 premierships, blah, blah, blah. Why can't I get one that goes for the Saints?

I used to have a manager who went for St Kilda.
Then he was transferred.
My line manager is a collingwood supporter so that will be interesting on thursday when I go to work and the store manager is a tigers supporter so he stopped caring long ago.

not certain length
sometimes they are only out for an hour- but can be two
I would imagine they wont be On field for two but will allow time for autographs etc..

the chance for the club toi increasemerchandise sales will be good too-- one area that we have consistently lagged in- although the items that have been available this year have been good.
