The TEAM Will run out on SAturday giving their ALL and bit more for the Colours they wear and each other and beleive it or not they do it for us as well.
unlike some on here ( who would have us beleive that they are not worthy of the 4th position they earned fair and square) there are obviously a few who beleive it is WORTH going along

St Kilda-Collingwood semi looks to swell 'G
tBy Ben Broad 4:14 PM Wed 10 September, 2008

SATURDAY night's clash between St Kilda and Collingwood at the MCG looms as the weekend’s blockbuster, with the AFL on target for a potential full house should tickets continue to sell at their current rate.

The League announced ticket sales for this weekend's semi-finals on Wednesday and, as anticipated, the encounter between the two Melbourne-based clubs will be the hot ticket in town during week two of the finals.

The winner will meet Hawthorn in a preliminary final.

Ticket sales for Saturday night had reached 57,636 at 5pm. With further strong sales expected in the coming days – as well as a walk-up crowd – the MCG could be at capacity >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.

I; for one; will be giving my all in voice and presence to support ALL 22 who take the field for ST Kilda,

They would need to have a massive rush of people who are yet to make up their minds if it is to be a sell-out. 57,636 on Wednesday means that there would need to be 40,000 people yet to purchase a ticket. Highly unlikely. My tip: 81,000 !!

You are forgetting that pay day for most Filth supporters is on a Thursday the lines at centerlink will be as long as the lines at a Wect Coast eagles end of season trip.

Tickets sold already would be 50,000 to saints supporters and 7,000 to Filth supporters with a job.

Trust me it will be full Saturday night, just feel sorry for those that work with ticket master putting up with Filth fans on Friday, shyte they are even giving up the Island cooler and packets of Longreach 50's for a day just so they can afford the ticket to the game.

Huge crowd expected for Saints-Pies
Nick Sheridan | September 13, 2008

THE AFL is expecting a bumper crowd for tonight's sudden-death semi-final between St Kilda and Collingwood at the MCG.

With 63,000 tickets sold as of yesterday, and fine weather predicted for today, AFL spokesman Patrick Keane said the league expected a crowd of between 75-80,000. >>>>>>>>>>>>..

thats sales of 7,000 in two days.
