Is he finished at ST Kilda?

Saints injury report has not been updated since 11 August, but I did hear that he injured himself last Thursday.

He didn't play for the Scorps.

Also heard that he'd injured himself on Thursday.

But (more recently) heard that the injury might be a blind for something else.

He'll need to sort himself out quicksmart if true.

My money is on some type of late night movement, club has suggested that this will be last year and gards wont play again.

Might give rix another years contract as the back up ruck. One of them will go at seasons end, will be itneresting to see who. Would not be suprised to see rix not get cut straight away and see whats there in the draft and rookie draft.

He might not have stuffed up, he might have just not been giving 100% at training, missed a session etc. He might be in the same position as mini was this time last year, knowing your going to be delisted and just going through the motions...

who knows, might be just calf soreness

Isn't it getting close to spring time? Possibly doing his pre-season betting training at Vic country race meetings and can't get back in time for footy training and matches....as he will need to have his betting form AOK before the Melb Spring Racing Carnival comes around...that always takes precedence over re-hab work and footy training.

Ah, OK. I was sure that I heard RL say in a press conference (before his injury) that the club had been very happy he'd 'come up' after so long on the injury list, which seemed to suggest the opposite - thought they'd done a backflip. Of course, this was before his unfortunate form in the Eagles game, then another injury.

Anyways, as suggested above, he has popped up on the injury list as calf soreness and 'test' this week. Would love to see him stay with the Saints.
