... Harves was still 364 days away from making his debut. Oh, and Plugger kicked his first ton. What a day! :D

Still waiting for closure ... if you get my drift.

This is how it will go;

Saints (4th) beat Geelong (1st) in week 1 of the finals.

Bulldogs (2nd) beat Hawthorn (3rd) in week 1 of the finals.

Both the Cats & Hawks win there 2nd chance Semi-Finals in week 2.

Saints (4th) beat Hawthorn (3rd) in the Prelim.

Bulldogs (2nd) beat Geelong (1st) in the Prelim.

Saints (4th) beat Bulldogs (2nd) in the AFL Grand Final!!!

Robert Harvey debuted on the 6th August, 1988.

Robert Harvey announced his intentions to retire @ the end of the year on the the 6th August, 2008.

Now that's a 20 year gap, this post said "21 years ago today"

So.....take off a year (Back to 1987), a leap year mind you, then add 2 days since it's the 8th today and you get 364 days left till Harvey debuts!!!

:wink:

Absolutely dreaming Saintsational Man - letting emotions get the better of reason!

Cats will wipe the Bulldogs in the prelim and narrowly go down against the Saints in the final! :wink:
