We will finish 4th

Post: # 611414Post Solar »

was doodling in the sports section of the Herald sun and found myself doing a win/loss for the top 12 sides for the last 5 weeks. Even allowing us to drop the freo match, I have us finishing in front of the kangaroos in 4th with the kanga's sneaking into 5th. The sydney draw is a shocker and it might hang on sydney playing the pies at the dome.....

So I'm putting this on the record, we will finish 4th and play the cats. Thats a home semi at worst.

Yep, 60th post at the thread below has already called it.

We will be there by round 20 if one or two 50/50 results go our way.

So as I it understand Solar, you have us winning 4 of our last 5 matches?

I did a ladder predictor earlier and factored us in to do the same - except I had us dropping to Collingwood.

Here's how it came out.

Looks like we're in for the double chance - and the opportunity to upset the Pussies first week finals!!

And since GT says we can beat the cats it looks like we'll have a home prelim - most likely against the dogs or hawks I guess.

Things are looking up!

Considering we beat the Hawks last week, and the Dogs have run out of steam - looks like we're in the Grand Final!

Premiership!! PREMIERSHIP!!!

Slow down! We still have to do the match-ups for the grand final against Geelong.

I think King to Blake is the key here. The others look after themselves.

Gameplan has to be win the ball in the middle, man up, kick long down the guts and punch from behind in defence.

Now we can celebrate.

I hope Roo doesn't swap jumpers for the photos. And I'm so pleased for Robert Harvey.

We have to get over Kosi's injury. He sustained it at the tribunal after being reported for kicking an umpire.

Gehrig should come in for his last match and kick a bag on Scarlett just like he did in the Wizard cup final of 2004. Its a forgone conclusion.

The big G train will be the matchwinner.

game plan from me would be kick straight and not to your teammates feet for a change. Kicking is letting us down the most.

Now I'm getting worried.

How will we replace Riewoldt in 2011 when he goes to the Gold Coast Metermaids (you heard it here first) after having nothing else to accomplish at Saints after winning 3 flags as captain?

Still, should free up salary for Milneys outrageous pay demands since he kicked 200 in the 2010 season.

Thank God the AFL relaxed rules about walking sticks on ground which allowed Harvey to carry on to 500 games on the veterans list.

What about Gwilt winning the Brownlow eh? Who would have thought a haircut would make him so much faster and stop his brain overheating?

Breaking news is that Greg The Ghost Westaway has just had the AFL reverse Kosi's suspension and that the Weagles have said fair enough, the 4 points is yours too as Kosi would have made a BIG difference.

I does. So much better thinking what might be rather than what could have been....

Especially for a Sainters sanity.
