Read the second half of your post back to your self and it will make sense.
When, over the past 11 years has this not been the case?

Because they're morons...

The umpiring was an abomination, bordering on cheating, something all too familar with Carlton

Was it Vozzo all night, or am I being paranoid. I loved BJ's call early when he told Vozzo "we can't compete". It was just after the Cloke free, when the contact was bicep high until he dropped down.;

Vozzo? What sort of a name is that? Sounds like a vacuum cleaner model.

Fair dinkum those maggots were corrupt cheats.

In fact, they'd fit in nicely at Carltoon!

I can say this caus we won.

I truly thought we won against the grain of umpiring tonight - they were inconsistent and woeful.

can anyone explain me a couple of things...

What was the free in the third term when kosi marked it and didn't touch anyone....

the tackle by harvey that resulted in the goal to get them within 7? points

how far bally ran....

look maybe I need to see the replay but these ones baffled me....

How come very week the umpiring is bad against us. It is either one of 2 things. The AFL hate us and are cheating to get rid of us or make sure we dont win our games or we look through only one eye. As it happens every week I will go with latter and even if it is the former which obviously isnt who cares as we won.

look at the umpires face when he rolled his arms at ball...

i also thought it was interesting that we got a huge string of frees after half time until we were even on 18 a piece.... i think we got 8 or something in a row...oh and we also got ones they didnt pay earlier when we had one

Most of the frees were there. Two (maybe 3) things were blatantly wrong. Milne marked AND was then pushed in the back - should have been 50, although it made no difference. In the last, Kosi was ridden in the back then pushed twice in the face - one of the umps should have seen this. And then there was the goal that seemed to hit the bottom of the post from my angle.

Unfortunately, Gwilt and Gilbert have little idea of how to legally tackle. Neither can bend at the knees without falling over, so tend to tackle high.

And yes, the Carlton crowd around me squealed like stuck pigs.

They copped an easy ride for half the match and get a few bad decisions the whole crowd is screaming profanites.

My Carlton mates must be towards the smarter end of the Carlton IQ bell curve cos I actually thought some of em were decent, god it proved me wrong tonight.

1st one - ?can't say

2nd one - very soft free. Carltoon guy had been tackled nicely by ?Joey then Harves went in to try and grab the ball out of his hands..... was over his shoulder but he was on the ground, no force by Harves who was simply trying to get the ball

3rd one - sorry, but Luke overran by about 5 metres. He's probably the brightest bloke in the team but fair dinkum I was screaming at him to at least touch the ball on the ground. Stupid.

"As it happens every week I will go with latter". Again, I must pursue the Plug - what does that mean? Crimeney your use of the language is tragic.

And then you abuse the Solar person for naught much at all. Gettin' to ya, am I? I hope so.

thanks for the answers... I missed the first 10 metres of balls run then  I think he was suprised he was free onto goal... shame cause it was a good kick....

not saying it altered the outcome but hell it kept them in the game for periods (but same with their kicking for us)

I pity you. You are very insecure person with no knowledge of anything let alone footy but you do make me laugh. I heard you didnt even go to the footy tonight because you had made such a fool of yourself on here no one would talk to you and they were laughing in your face.

The first one was against Milne for shepherding - a bit soft.

The Harvey one was soft too. A hundred of those occur in a match.

Ball ran too far - don't know why he didn't bounce it - perhaps another example of a player not wanting to have a shot.

They were shocking (the umps) and not once did CH.7 mention it. I would love to see the 1st half free kicks. We should have won by more.

I think the umpires should be named amongst the best players for Carlton!

The first one was called for "tunnelling". The umpire actually said that, "tunnelling". Was as soft as butter.
