josh fraser injured
From the reports on the radio tonight josh frasher has done a medial and out for between 4-8 weeks. Huge loss for them, means they will be rucking with wood and bryan. I wuld back king and gardiner to win this massively. No excuses for the midfield.

but you forgot to put that thru the "St Kilda injury report" translatorRaven wrote:I thought King was "no doubt" to play this game.
Schneider was "definately" gonna play the next week after he was a late withdrawal, and how many did he end up missing......

Well it depends what you want to go with......The_Dud wrote:i doubt King will play
*The last Saint's injury listing had him as missing.
*However the Saints head physio when interviewed later this week on SEN said that King would play against the Pies.

"The match will also have its own consequences for Collingwood ruckman Josh Fraser who, while playing in the ruck for Victoria last night, tore his posterior cruciate ligament and could miss up to the next 10 weeks."

latest report is that it is a grade 1 pcl tear.
Will depend on a scan tomorrow but I would be still suprised if he got up for friday night. You would think he would miss 1-2 weeks.

I had heard...but do not know...that he did it in the ruck against Simmonds where there was knee on knee contact (ie collision).sunsaint wrote:Fraser wont be out for as long as the media is speculating
He looks fine, it wasnt a collision injury and obviously just over strained his last kick. .

but is he physically ready?saint edward wrote:gooner wrote:If King is out then a good game to give Benny Mac a run.
Wont happen though.
Yeah that was exactly what i was going to say.
Going by what my mates being telling me Big Mac's been good in the 2's.
Would love to see him get a run on a nother young bloke in Cam Wood.
some people jump too quickly on this forum and just want to see certain players play/debut for a new face in the team...

Yeah that is a fair point.
I'll have to ask my mate about it.
as you may know im just going on what he says and hes's a pretty reliable source.
When i saw him he lookeed fairly filled unlike Cam Wood who is skin and bone so maybe if he just rucks against him.
