Go in hard and go in tough u was a true master of the in and under. Burkey this honour is well deseved.

U wore the colours with pride and could inspire many of our youngsters atm with the way u played.

I'm wondering if another of our ex-players is indeed inducted as LEGEND like they're saying he is going to be, will the video footage start off with his mark against essendon at the south rd end 1980 (but he missed goal), or his fine work alongside breen in shepherd through fehring's goal?

Absolute joke Carey won't get in. If we wanted a Hall of Good Blokes, we'd set one up. As it is, it's meant to represent the best footy [players the game has offered up, and if Carey ain't amongst them I must live on another planet. How Caroline (I am the judge of all moral ettiquette) Wilson gets a gig on the panel is beyond me.

There is some confusion in this thread.

The AFL will be announcing new inductees into the AFL Hall of Fame.

But StKilda will also be inducting 12 people into the StKilda Hall of Fame.

you need to get hold of the actual CRITERIA As there is a few more other than "the best footy players" the critical "character" clause in it is the problem, hence abletts delay
