No idea. Your best bet would be to contact the membership hotline and find out what needs to happen.

from reading somewhere
simple but not as easy as used to be- I think you now need a statutary declaration and will be required to pay a small fee-.

but check with them

I think the Stat Dec fee is something like $10.

5 prelims in 7 years. 40 wins from 49 games.
2009 and 2010 were 2 of the 5 best years ever by the St.Kilda FC.
Thanks for all your efforts Saints.

Once had my wallet stolen which contained my membership ticket. Contacted the club and they said I just had to bring in a stat dec to get it replaced. This was in the good ol' days of Moorabbin, but I can't see any reason why they simply couldn't just cancel your old, like they do with bank/credit cards and make you out a new one.

My son lost his at TD earlier this year.

Contacted the club, who first directed me to TD management to see if it had been handed in. Established it hadn't, so called the club back. $10 fee to re-issue a child's membership card and we received it by that Friday.

All in all, a bit of a hassle but the club tried to make it as painless as possible.

I'd say they'd just invalidate your "lost" barcode on the old membership card to prevent fraud, therefore making the process pretty easy.
