Is this a breach of State Legislation?

If everyone speeds, why haven't you been overtaken?

To hell with state government legislation - John Brumby barracks for Collingwood.
Is it any wonder our kids football grounds are rock hard slabs of dirt with a Collingwood supporter in charge of the state.

Maybe it's called scalping in the old language. I call it offering some fellow Saints a good deal and a good view. OK .... we'll make it $15 per ticket ... going once, going twice

Its not scalping if you only charge the price of the ticket.
Sold some to a Eagles final once and only charge the price of the ticket but charged $100 for the bottle of cool drink that went with it.
Hate the eagle fans so made em pay

Sports Event Ticketing (Fair Access) Act 2002 only applies to declared events I think. Grand Final would definitely be protected, but H/A games I think you can charge as much as someone is willing to pay and not be held criminally liable.
