I have been trying to find a copy through the AFL website but have been unable to. Does anyone know of a link?

Also, was there a 2007 membership pin or was it just the "believe or burn" one? I've kept all of the pins so far but can't find the 2007 one. My wife doesn't remember one either.

I think there was only a believe or burn pin. I was wondering it on the weekend actually when I put my new pin on my scarf.
