The reported step up in hardness and intensity will come at a price. Injuries.

With the way we have been playing, being injury free is probably a given, but now, with the emphasis on getting contested ball, running, chasing and tackling, expect to see the injury rate dramatically increase.

If we come out of this week injury free, I will change my avatar (for a week) to a picture of peoples collective choosing.

I would argue that most injuries come when you go half hearted at contests. I would hope they are not going at 100% in the hope of not getting injured.
