We need a "Have a Go Coach" to supplement the ruck coach, midfield coach, forward coach and injury management coach.

Yeah 3 rounds in and we seem to have fixed the injury curse and if we keep playing the way we are at present we will be the first AFL team in history to complete a whole season without any injuries.

The whole "injuries" thing seems to have become the biggest thing our club is known for these days.

I hope my views are an over reaction as opposed to the club possibly over correcting.
