They are pumping themselves up big time.Talk about getting carried away. And while they are at it they are saying we are overated, arrogant etc. Geez that makes me mad. Lets see where they are on the ladder at the end of the year. It's only one game we are 2-1 Let now get carried way. Long way to go

I think they have every right to say that - they are 3 from 3 with a healthy percentage and have had a 75 point turnaround against a team that was touted as top 4.

From 37 points down and then stemming the flow to 18 goals to 6 from that point.

Yep I'd be gloating too.

GOOD. Maybe the stupid media will get off our bandwagon now. I'm sick to death of everyone rating the saints. I don't, and I support them. Sometimes it takes a little persepctive.

based on tonight's effort, I think even melbourne supporters can ring up and bag us (if they get any reception from Mt. hotham)

Well, they deserve to talk themselves up and bag them. But lets not forget how bad they were in the 1st quarter. Plenty of other teams would have steamrolled them from there and made them look pathetic. They'll be around the mark but I can't see them really challenging for anything too serious.

In this game no there can be no defence against the charge of being soft and that's what we were tonight. The second half in particular was utterly despicable. SOFT. I hope the players can react to this charge as it will be what they will be reading and hearing about themselves all week in the media.

It was amazing that we were so soft. In the last year or so we have shown a mental toughness to get wins in tight last quarters after struggling like last years West Coast game and virtually all this season yet tonight was the complete opposite.

To recall how bad they were in the first Q is to to remind ourselves how bad we were for 3 Q and how good they were at the comeback.

Yes the point is - plenty of other quality teams MAY have run over the top of them and steam-rolled them.

But we didn't.

And they came back and severely caned us.

Which rates us where exactly?

It's an OH&S issue I think...

X amount of clear skies to give the leaves a chance of growing back etc. etc.

Thus more WB supporters.

Saturday and Sunday games there'll be a lot less phlegm though...
