Supreme court writ

Footy show is about to reveal that a ex-player of a Melbourne footy club has issued a supreme court writ against a ex-presidernt of a club. With possible ramifications with salary cap.

must say that is the silliest writ I have ever heard of. Unless he has lots of witnesses it will fall in a heap. Would love to know many players get this on the side to encourage them to sign contracts.... in fact a certain ex eagle player admitted working for pratt was a reason to move to the blues.....

they did say written, oral and implied evidence.


I do remember him being hot property back then.

oh ok, I must have mis heard them, I thought there was only oral and implied evidence...

it all depends on whats written down, they are insane if they did write anything down like that.
