Also I thought Gardy did pretty well considering he has not really played a game of footy in 2 years.

King is a class act. He played well tonight (as did M Gardiner, for that matter).
I don't understand why Geelong would want to get rid of him: a player with his ability and heart should have been allowed to play out his entire career at one club.
I reckon he is far and away our best pick up out of the 4 we took on during the off-season.

he rucked ok, and pushed into space well.
very very handy pick uo, i mean he's only 27 i think so u would think we'd get a few more years from him too, maybe see it out up forward if fraiser goes at the end of the year.
he was a good 'recruit'......(c gardiner was handy too)
