It's been obvious for a few years now that Carltoon fits that bill - heck, where was the talk of moving them to QLD when they were broke before Pratt bailed them out???

no action will be taken against Carlscum, because they won't be able to prove anything, even though every man and his dog knows that Carlscum were tanking from the time they got their first phone call from judds manager
the other shame is
dimwit will do nothing to change the priority pick system to a lottery between the bottom four teams
which everybody agrees is the way to go.

and I'm pretty sure that if he got together with the 16 AFL clubs , even in a phone conference
he would find that it would be a unanimous decision to scrap it
which could easily be done before the start of the season
