SEN and radio stations to listen by internet to football

For all those wanting to listen today on SEN to the game but who cannot get SEN direct.

(note there is a volume control just to the right of the play button at top. If this is at extreme left you will have no volume!!!!)


You can get most AM stations on this......for each state....streamed via the internet

it is easy to use...just pick a state, then click on the icon for the station you want and thet click play.

So it is handy tool throughout the year to listen to the game even if your local radio station does not get coverage...or you just want to hear adifferent call.

Also this is handy for those overseas etc.....

It is also handy...for if you do not know which station the game is on...as they are all together you can easily just click on different stations till you find the Saints

This could potentially be under attack from the AFL, as they have exclusive rights to internet broadcasting.

SEN, 3AW, and ABC streams all cease when AFL games are being broadcast and can only be found through the AFL website.

It was working fine this morning...and the other stations are still fine.

As a QLD viewer/listener, this has been my major concern over the last couple of years.
The AFL in its wisdom block other stations from streaming live footy and force everyone to listen through their servers. Ok apart from the fact that the afl website is full of telstra/bigpond bloat, and takes ages to navigate to find the streaming page, (yes some of us regional australians are still on dialup) The main problem is that it forces all web listeners to fight for outward bandwidth of the audio stream, as opposed to web listeners picking their favourite station on a 2-4 different servers.
So far today I have been able to receive about 5 min of audio, now its dropped to nothing. It doesnt matter if afl website take the stream from 100 different radio stations once their servers are overloaded thats all folks.
Who do you complain to?

ALL games go through AFL.com.au during game time and 30 min before.

SaintsRising thanks for your effort but unfortunately all the stations go dead when the game actually starts.

At this stage you can go to the AFL site and if you are really lucky they will have started the stream on time.

Or you could save yourself all that trouble and go directly to these links as Tassie Saint has suggested above:

Change the number on the end to listen to different calls or different games.
