Training sessions OPEN - First one on 12th November

Post: # 485721Post The Peanut »

In reference to the previous training thread: http://www.saintsational.com/forum/view ... hp?t=37781

I have had an email from Archie Fraser CEO:

There are no closed sessions other than our last session before a game, we will be posting weekly times for training on our web site for pre season.

The oval has been top-dressed and will not be used until the 12th November a week after the players come back. Archie said that there may have been some confusion regarding the top-dressing of the oval.

Thanks Archie for your attention to this matter on your first day back from leave.

Ripper.

Thought there was something funny about earlier indications.

Good news ... I'll be able to go for one last time before I leave :(

They should only play AFL games now when it's raining. Slow games of footy are so much better to watch.

you beauty...my plan was to ride to as many preseason training sessions as possible as a way of keeping fit throughout the summer

but if the sessions were closed then there was no point in me riding to and from moorabbin two or three times a week

Thanks.

Will be a big change, going from 12-14 Saints games live each year to 2-3 :(

I suppose I'll adjust ... and I guess the weather does make a difference!

but then if you think about it...if you think that weather offsets going to 10 more games of afl a year you are kidding yourself...oh the pain of it all

there truly is no hope for us qld's :(

spot on.

The weather is all QLD has going for it.

Pretty sad state of affairs, but you've hit the nail on the head!
