For me one positive out of the rubbish this year in Marcus
Has shown in the last couple of games that he could be someone to build a midfield around
Turns 21 on Thursday and has played only 45 games.
In the last few games has shown that ability to drive through the stoppages with power and acceleration
Yes his disposal could be improved (has Cripp’s kicks ever been brilliant), but generally I like what I’m seeing
He is doing the #2 proud

He reminds me of Lachie Neale sometimes, the way he gets the ball and knows where to look, rather than Seb and Crouch who always go bang without thinking

His ferocity, his fitness and his courage is enormous. We need more players hunting the footy and winning clearance like Windy.
Loves the heat and loves pressure.
His ability to find the ball is elite. Just needs to work on his disposal and trying to get on the run sometimes instead of kicking the footy at the first opportunity.
I'm sure that will come with experience.
The main thing is... that if St Kilda make finals in 2025 and beyond, we know we have a player who is ready for finals footy.
