Re: 9th vs 4th
Every game is from now on...they created a rod for their own back losing so badly to Essendon & Sydney. Now we have a poor percentage also aswell as the toughest run home. I am attempting to remain positive but St Kilda has a long history of finding differing ways to lose important games.

Bring the effort & pressure of Fridays game & we give our selves half a chance as you have already stated it's on our own dung heap & If we want it bad enough I think it's a very winnable game but hey who knows what St.Kilda will deliver on Saturday night the roller coaster ride of saint supporter never stops

Sure we have lost holes but picking and choosing when to turn up ? Having a team ready to go from the bounce ? That’s on the coach
I’d love to be able to rock up each week and at least even know we have a system that stands up
Sadly we don’t
We rely on chaotic pressure and cameo performances like from Sinclair/Membrey
Gotta be more systematic than that

Hopefully Freo will start the way they finished.

I think we have the wood on Freo - especially over here - so I think we'll win.
As ex-president Peter Summers said:
“If we are going to be a contender, we may as well plan to win the bloody thing.”
St Kilda - At least we have a Crest!

Re: 9th vs 4th
In our losses, Skunk didn't do much- I can't remember him doing anything dramatic apart from a few saving marks down back.
In our wins, he does some very good things.
Friday night, he only got 10 touches, but appeared to have more influence maybe because of the quality of his disposals, and what he did with them.
My question is- does Membrey drive our chances of winning, or is he being swept up in the tide of the rest of the team?
Not saying he's a downhill skier though- because when we play badly such as the Bombers game, our poor play hurts the entire team.

A real Sainter will pledge allegiance to the ❤ and despise the Pies, the Blues, and the Injectors.

Re: 9th vs 4th
Membrey played an influential part in our win against the Blues, as Ratten woke up finally and got King up the ground early in the game, and Membrey closer to goal- and that's where he plays best.
