Everyone's different, some folks like a lot of down time and just go play golf maybe, others like Crouch need to be active.
I worked for an insurance company for 8 years, and there was a lady there who was an account manager- middle management exec.
Before insurance, she owned a fish n chip shop in a remote WA mining town.
In insurance, she did the work of 2 people. I spent a bit of time with her as we were on the social club committee, organising events each month, booking pubs, clubs, restaurants, getting $ from co-workers...she never ran out of energy. She was a lot of fun to be around, an incredibly warm n generous person.
That article reminds me of her.
