It’s so unfair the AFL made us play in greasy conditions while allowing Port to play in perfectly dry conditions.

The game should have never had been scheduled in Cairns this early in the season, 88% humidity will cook both teams for next week as both will lose next week no Matt who they're playing.
Game should have been played late June or early July with both teams having a bye the following week.
The club needs to tell the AFL that they will not play there this early in the season again.
Even if we had won, I was worried about how much this game will drain us.

There are people/ clubs/ organizations in all facets of life who get the job done when things are favorable or through adversity.

Then there are sniveling little sooks who whine, bitch and complain about perceived or fabricated injustices.

Weak as water.

We can't blame the conditions for the loss, it was really bad kicking on goals. Added to by playing Campbell over Lienert and some shyte match day coaching when it was obvious the tide was changing.

People suggest coaches don't win games, well in that situation Ratten could have and failed.

Same conditions for both teams obviously but it was a terrible spectacle.

Ridiculous scheduling.

No we wouldn't. They beat us last year there, and they beat us there the last time they played us there before that.
We need someone in the middle like Robbie Gray who can use the ball properly - Hannebery would make a difference.

What are you basing this on?
Is this just another statement plucked from your posterior?

They beat us at Marvel last season, we beat them in Adelaide in 2020.

Why do you make up BS and pass it off as fact?

1000% this. A 5 year old with a keyboard could learn that if you schedule this game even 3 to 4 weeks further into the season you are almost guaranteed perfect conditions and the chance to showcase the game in this part of the country at its best and in front of a much bigger crowd.

Yeah we’re playing the same way as last year are we?

Our form going into this game is far better.

Our game style is far better suited to Marvel.

So I have no doubt we could have easily made up one point
