What is he driveling about "finding purpose" . The SOLE purpose of a football club is to win the flag for its fans. Everything else is platitudes and decoration. Ratts should motivate the players every week to turn up and work for two hours a week FOR THE FANS. We've seen them play football this year and we know they can play> Put in effort EVERY week and we will be playing Finals. The players are fully aware that effort brings reward but those insipid efforts we put together are robbing the fans of finals matches.
