Gilbert's not as far away as predicted. Was running hard last week. 2 laps to Schneiders 1 unfortunately

Snides must be in trouble going beyond this year wouldn't he? Unless he gets in the sides soon and plays out the year well he'd have to be a candidate for list clogger...sad to say.

I somehow missed it -- could someone tell me what happened to Beau Maister's hamstring?
Pity for him (and us) as he finally put in a pretty good game v dogs.

Maybe that was the reason for his "trip" in the dying minutes against WC. In which case, all is forgiven. He was certainly straining every muscle in the chase.

correct stated in media release late last week- after he underwent surgery last Thursday that he had torn it during the chase.

Schneider will give a really good boost for Sandy and should play around 3 games. Is a great mentor to the kids. I hope he coaches post footy.

Sandilands was out for a long time with a toe. Not sure what the issue was exactly but it's certainly going to affect running ability. Then if it's chronic as it has been with him it becomes long term.
Not sure if Sam's is similar but it's not just a matter of kicking the table.
