This thread is so full of fail.

I cant believe I posted on the third page.

I am quite ashamed of myself.

Fail thread is fail.

Who said they rested players. Neil Balme today said not one player was rested.

and seemed genuinely 'put-out' by the mere connotation of it.

But he is also still claiming Ottens is 2 weeks away.

Its a myth that Geelong rested players.......they didn't play because they had injuries.....

Congratulations Ross Lyon, you have secretly rested Schneider, Ball and Gardiner in the last 2 weeks. And all the dumbos on here are none the wiser. You have also kept McEvoy in the team as well which is good for the future.

Now you need to give Hayes a week off to be replaced by Armitage and Blake a week off to be replaced by MaGuire and I will salute you.

To all thd people against resting players           :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

X and Allen to be rested until 2010.

Great work Ross.

Also very clever to inpregnate Schneiders missus at the right time so you could rest him as well.

What a moron Nexus Nick is

How is your time to completely rebuild thread going on bigfooty you cabbage???

This is out of control.

So what if the cats rested blokes, they didn't need to rest blokes in 2007 when they won the flag and i'm pretty sure the fact they kicked themselves out of the 2008 grand final more than any "tired" players cost them back to back flags.

We are taking a very cautious approach to player management and from all exposed moves no player is getting played at the risk of him missing the serious stuff in September.

How about we do what is best for us and leave what is best for Geelong to them to decide. If we don't win the flag this year it won't be because we didn't rest blokes for the fun of it or gift blokes milestone games because they are good blokes.
