Found a very brief description of Connors on bigfooty in a Bendigo Pioneers thread.
Hopefully Eljay has Daniel's ability but not the attitude.have seen him play a bit....much like his brother, terrific in traffic, makes good decisions and very skillful with his left foot...best suited on a wing and has good pace

RL - Connors significant injury problems - extremely quick and has very good skills.
McEvoy - Ruckman that can go forward.
Rucks
King
Gardiner
Rix
Van Reehan
McEvoy.
Bit different to Ackland and Blake.
Kosi can kiss ruck goodbye.
Fraze - body in good shape, great desire to play. No guarantees
Can develop and also attempt to have success, not mutually exclusive.
McEvoy - 200cm plus - country lad, mum marathon runner, and he has a big tank, reads the game very well - very good leader. If not a ruckman will make it at CHF. (just my thoughts

Of the 11 picks from pick 64 there were only 5 taken and 2 were rejects getting a second chance which confirms the lack of depth in this draft. Why not take a punt on a promising youngster who could go much higher in next year's draft.mad saint guy wrote:Brother of Daniel Connors at Richmond.
